One of Uncle’s signature drinks and ideal for summer sipping, Pete Siganto of Uncle has created the ‘Paris End’ cocktail – representative of where Uncle sits on Collins St in the more prestigious end of Melbourne’s CBD.

‘Long and Luscious’ a vegan cocktail from Polly, 401 Brunswick Street, Fitzroy has fresh pineapple and watermelon, guava nectar and coconut, 42 Below Passionfruit vodka, vanilla, and peach liqueurs, smooth, lush and very refreshing.
