Experience the Queen Victoria Market’s heritage listed Dairy Hall in a whole new light by wandering through the historic site at night. As part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival’s 25th anniversary celebrations, Sagra del Formaggio will be opening the doors to the Daily Hall on Monday 3 April from 7.00pm until 10.00pm, celebrating the finest cheese producers from Victoria.


Attendees will be able to meet some of Victoria’s finest cheese producers and taste their creations whilst sipping on the Victorian wines that complement their flavours best.


Hosted by Giorgio Linguanti from That’s Amore Cheese, Sagra del Formaggio will focus on the pairing of cheese and wine whilst learning about the ancient artisan craft of cheese making, the origin, make and maturation of the cheese itself.
